Our oldest son Allan drove the RV through North Dakota last year. He, Amy, our Grandson Max and we went though late at night.

NORTH DAKOTA

Bugs on the windshields so packed, pulled over often to clean them off.
Dakota nights are for bats eating bugs. A billion bugs one does not scoff.
Red River of the North flooded house of cousin Yvonne in Grand Forks.
Traveling East to our lake cabin where Teri and I were visited by Storks.
The windshield was hit by so many critters we couldn't keep it clean with the wipers. We used up the entire wiper cleaning fluid. Had to stop at each rest stop, clean the front windows and fill the wiper reservoir. We stopped before crossing the Minnesota Dakota border to have the RV cleaned in a Truck Wash. The front of the grill was quite a site.
Well, Teri, you should be starting that North Dakota accent pretty soon. It is not quite as bad as the movie Fargo, but it is wonderfully distinct.
