Granddaughter
Ysabel was so cute. Just a few months old and she traveled to more states then
her mother did in her entire life. She is a wonderful traveler and hardly ever
cries.
Sure,
in our leisure. Well, maybe we can look for just a few little rocks. How does
spending a few more hours sapphire hunting sound?
Yeah,
this part of the road is where our new daughter Stephanie saw her first High
Plain's lighting storm. You could see the anxiety in her eyes.
Wish
we had time to do some sapphire digging at that mine outside Philipsburg. The
historical buildings and the history of the town were very interesting. I was
really excited going up to the mine, but there seemed to be just too many bends.

Interstate 80 is fondly known as our lady of perpetual repair.
We travel along seeing antelopes, elk and hawks in the air.
Watching exotic buttes, which the evening shadows make.
Seeing miles of snow breakers, the winters you can take.
Remember,
when we had mud up to our elbows we met that lady with her two boys, also happily
digging in the tourist sapphire mine. Surprised us to find they were from Napa
Valley near our home and then finding some close mutual good friends.
We've
got to facet some of those stones we found.
