The
quality of being exalted in character or ideals or conduct is what all of
us aspire to in our business dealing. These
aspirations are sometimes left of the sidelines as we negotiate. Wining
without regard for anyone sometimes overrides the desire for these qualities.

do business. The most expensive item in any ones life is his time. Win Win
negotiations are time wise. If you have to spend vast amount of time negotiating
to win and knowingly take an unfair position, the universe will always find
a way to make it expensive for you. I have found this true throughout my
career. I learned that everything I negotiated where both did not win that
I later had to spend money defending my position or a great deal of my precious
time on things that had to be handled multiple times.
