“Leadership is much more an art, a belief, a condition of the heart, than a set of things to do.”

Leadership is a strange word. Whom one person calls a leader another calls a despot while another calls them a follower. On our journey we use the word leader as a person who guides or inspires others. Everyone I know has some leadership qualities. There are many documented tools that leaders throughout history have used. If your journey is to be a leader, the more tools available to you the more effective your journey. Although a leader may be very busy, the act of leadership is normally a quiet activity. Quiet reflection and the knowledge of when to not take action is as relevant as when to take action.  Although decisions are not easy, a toolkit to use on this journey will assist in making a greater percent of effective answers.  Leadership is a learned process. Although someone may be called a born natural leader, if they depend only their naturalness, they will probably lead into disaster. The trait of natural leader can be confused with a trait called charisma. Leading is an art and a constantly changing activity.  The tools of handling these changes and recognizing change when needed are what are honed in leadership journeys. Leadership should be studied before we are thrust into the role as leader. However, leadership is thrust on you, we can assist on your journey.

The tools provided can also enhance all parts of the participant’s life.
